Lawful Use:You affirm that you will not use our AI technology for any unlawful purposes, including fraud, harassment, or invasion of privacy. Any misuse of our technology will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

Explicit Authorization:You must have legally obtained explicit authorization from your contacts before initiating any AI-generated communication (voice calls, SMS, emails, or chatbots). This includes full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant privacy laws.

Consent Management:You are responsible for managing and maintaining records of consent from your contacts, demonstrating that they have agreed to receive communications via AI-generated methods. Failure to provide proof of consent upon request will result in immediate account suspension.

Data Security:You agree to handle all contact data securely and in strict compliance with data protection laws, ensuring that personal information is protected against unauthorized access or misuse.

Prohibition on Cloning:You are not permitted to clone any living or deceased person’s voice and/or likeness using our technology without express and explicit consent, demonstrated by a notarized document or legally filed documents with the courts. Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

Compliance with FCC Rules:You must obtain prior express written consent before making any calls using AI-generated voices, as these are classified as “artificial” under the TCPA. This ruling includes providing clear identification and offering opt-out mechanisms in all AI-generated communications.

Violation Consequences: If Howling Social becomes aware of any violations of these rules, or if your complaint rates, bounce rates, or any other performance metrics exceed industry or acceptable standards, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your account. Furthermore, we will pursue you for any damages resulting from the violation, including legal fees. Non-compliance will not be tolerated and will result in severe repercussions.
